How to start this is we get a shaker; we fill it up with ice. We got about 5 ounces here of gin. A half ounce of neutral wine apertif. Right into the shaker. Another half ounce of a lemon, basil syrup. Give that a shake. About 2 teaspoons of coal candy. Then pour the mixture right over the coal.
