GRATZ, Pa. (March 10, 2022) –��Searching for a new place to live, Farid Igue pulled out a map and found more than a new hometown. He credits his 17-year career at �þø������� and Doors to the company culture that puts people first and makes you feel like family.

A native of Benin in West Africa, Igue, 41, first came to America for school. After settling in Harrisburg, Pa., in 2005, Igue heard good things about �þø������� and Doors, a local company that was growing and needed manufacturing team members.

“I was looking for a job, and the pay was good,” says Igue, who started on the manufacturing line and became a production supervisor in 2018. “I’m comfortable here, and MI has been like family to me.”

Igue enjoys the challenges each day brings, and the planning required to ensure his team members have what they need each day to do their jobs.
