The Course Work

As patient needs and care become more complex, nurses must expand their knowledge to deliver high-quality care. The foundation of ¾Ã¾Ã¸£Àû¹ú²ú’s program includes classes in leadership, health policy, system improvement, research and evidence-based practice, teamwork and collaboration, public health and geriatrics.

Besides the 41 credits for an active RN license, Lackawanna will evaluate additional transfer credits on an individual basis. Tuition is $299 per credit and additional fees may apply.

Lackawanna’s Online Project Management Professional (PMP) Exam Prep program provides entry-level project managers with the knowledge and skills necessary to complete the Project Management Institute’s nationally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) exam

The Course Work

The program is a comprehensive course that teaches using online learning activities, practice exams and task-based assignments.

To apply to this program, students must have either a secondary degree (high school diploma, associate degree or global equivalent) with at least five years of project management experience.

Those five years must include 7,500 hours leading and directing projects and a minimum of 35 hours of project management education.

Alternatively, a student must have a four-year degree (bachelor’s degree or global equivalent) with at least three years of project management experience. That experience should encompass at least 4,500 hours leading and directing projects and a minimum of 35 hours of project management education.
